Who Am I?
My name is Tracey Crosby and this is my first ever web site. I live in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia; quite apart from the rest of the world!
My Story
I have found that the older I get the more I learn about myself. I have become more self aware of my behaviours and my interactions with others and this has made a difference to my relationships and my success. I am not the same person I was twenty years ago, ten years ago, or even five years ago and understanding how I’ve changed is the first step towards improving myself. I have found that Motivationals, whether they be quotes, pictures or stories, increase my own motivation. They cause me to think on a deeper level, reassessing my own perceptions of my experiences, goals and LIFE!
Why?
I’d love to make people think more about their own problems and experiences, provide a spark of inspiration or just make them laugh. And this is all a learning experience for me – maintaining a web site and trying to generate interest from people.

Thanks for your comment. I’m also new to operating a blog and think it’s great you think mine looks well established! And no, it doesn’t take too much time; I spend an hour a day on my website dashboard and maybe two of those days working on my blog.

I have to say, while looking through hundreds of blogs daily, the theme of this blog is different (for all the proper reasons). If you do not mind me asking, what’s the name of this theme or would it be a especially designed affair? It’s significantly better compared to the themes I use for some of my blogs.
